The Data Science and Digital Health organization in a close partnership with the Oncology and Immunology Therapeutic Areas within Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine develops innovative insights and solutions by using multi modal datasets, advanced algorithms, and high-performance computing.
We are seeking an exceptional post-doctoral scientist with expertise in single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, particularly focused on understanding the tumor microenvironment and its clinical implications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Collaborating closely with scientists in Translational Research, Discovery, Data Science and Digital Health to derive novel insights that inform pre-clinical and clinical compound development strategies, especially in the context of personalized medicine.
* Analyzing, integrating, and interpreting high-dimensional data from various modalities, including spatial transcriptomics and single-cell sequencing, to gain insights into the tumor microenvironment and its role in clinical outcomes.
