We are looking for a driven and results oriented Advanced Surgical Consultant "Heart Team" Specialist.

We are growing both our focus and device line-up in order to support Cardiac Surgeons and Heart Failure Cardiologists.

With our continued success, we are looking to expand our commercial team.

You will work closely with our Sales, Education and Marketing teams to drive growth across Taiwan .

Through our Impella® product portfolio you will enable physicians and staff to recover hearts and save patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

Patient Support:

• Routinely Support Impella cases (Both Cardiac & Surgical)

• Full customer immersion (ie.

input on patient selection and subsequent surgical support) within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Improve patient outcomes through education, implementing latest clinical best practices and medical staff interaction, with emphasis on OR and ICU.

• Visit key institutions where patients have been equipped with Impella Pump portfolio to collect clinically relevant data.

• Perform After Action Review's (AAR) with 'Heart Team' following cases and communicate results.

• Be a functional expert and provide advanced acumen on the durable, acute, and, hemodynamic medical device landscape and best practices in the management of those devices.

Surgical Account Training & Management:

• Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella CP and 5.5 with SmartAssist.

Develop expertise in Impella 5.5

• Responsible for ongoing training at key surgical sites.

Enable and drive the growth and performance of our surgical business.

• Coordinate and lead activities with the Sales Managers, Training department, Medical Office and manage customer education for new and existing accounts to ensure best clinical outcomes.

Therapy Development:

• Establish surgical peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices and implement/ support peer-to-peer educational programs (incl.

physician proctoring) in cooperation with our Physician Program Team and Medical Office.
