Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

StreamLabs, an OEM manufacturer and service provider of Smart Home and IoT goods and services, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chubb, is hiring an Accountant.

As part of an innovative and fast-moving team, your key roles and responsibilities will include


* Perform direct accounting support of day-to-day business operations including
+ All accounting aspects of inventory tracking and management
+ Coordinate with corporate office to process and record ACH, EFT, wire, etc.
+ Reconcile monthly statements including cash flows, bank transactions, tie-outs
+ Accounts payable: record invoices and work with finance team to process
+ Accounts receivable: work with customers to ensure timely payments and minimize aging


* Work directly with all functional teams including
+ StreamLabs management, sales, service, engineering, and operations teams
+ Chubb finance, tax, treasury, A/P, and external financial consultants


* Support monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes including
+ Sales revenue, expenses, overall P&L reports, budget tracking
+ General Ledger entries
+ Complete account reconciliation to track and report A/P and A/R
+ Create ad hod reports and financial statements
+ Provide analysis on results and financial data


* Participate in annual planning and forecast processes including
+ Creation and maintenance of pro-forma revenue models and strategic plans
+ Support management team in generation of monthly and ad hoc financial reports
