About the Role:
As the Commercial Supply Chain Assistant (remote) you will provide daily support to Commercial Supply Chain analysts and customers, with NMA (Non-Metallurgical Alumina) Domestic and Exports (Poços de Caldas), Powder Domestic and Exports (Poços de Caldas), Bauxite and Alumina (Juruti/AWAB).
The key responsibilities include:
• Monthly Internal controls for audits purposes (Sales process, returns/cancelations, price adjustments, credit approvals, price validation, taxes exemptions, MK Denial Diligence and others);
• Requisition entrance into Oracle for freight, miscellaneous buying, and intermediary/commercial payments and Submit Purchase NF and Return NF at EDAP System;
• Entering sales orders into the system according with negotiated;
• Shipment instructions and documents separation for Foreign Trade transaction;
• Monitoring and checking contracts to validate commercial conditions.
What you can bring to the role:
• Graduation in progress in Business Administration or related fields;
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows Office suit;
• Intermediate English will be a differential;
• Previous experience with Customer Services, Supply Chain or related areas as an intern or assistant will be a differential.
