Position Summary: 

 

The Physical Therapist is primarily responsible for providing direct Physical Therapy for children age’s birth through 5 years old.  Full or Part Time COTA needed for the offsite early intervention services.  Energetic applicants must be willing to learn and have fun! 

 

Essential Functions: 

 


* Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. 



* Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
