Sr Manager- Service Sales

Looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals with up to 7-9 years of experience to join our Services Sales team at the Gurgaon location.

This position reports to the Sales Head, North, Services

This "business-to-business" sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners.

As expert, Power Quality applications, you will be responsible for securing orders for Power Quality solutions/Equipment and software within the region in line with targets and planned strategy.

You will be responsible for identifying projects from an early stage, promoting Schneider Digital power technical offering, work with sales on the business case for those projects when required, developing a winning strategy, identifying, and nurturing key stakeholders (End customer, consultants, contractors regulators, etc.), supporting bidding process and negotiating until contracts are successfully signed.

Qualifications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing opportunity

• Sell a full range of services offers; requires consultative-selling skills

• Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

• Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

• Working closely with System integrators and development of new channels.

• Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations

• Provide account management to an existing territory

• Responsible for tracking customer information

• Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in the CRM portal

As Sales Manager - Power Quality, will be part of Schneider Digital power business based in the Bengaluru / Faridabad.

As the Sales Manager - Power Quality applications, you will be responsible for securing orders for Power Quality/FACTS solutions within the region in line with targets and planned strategy.

You will be responsible for identifying projects from an early stage, promoting Schneider Digital power technical offering, work with pre-sales on the business case for those projects when required, developing a winning strategy, identifying, and nurturing key stakeholders (customer, consultants, regulators, etc.), supporting bidding process and negotiating until contracts are successfully signed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter

• Must be able to demonstrate sales record (3-4+ years) at a high level of achievement

• Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: UPS/ Battery / Cooling systems and equipments / Consulting and Audit services of Equipment's / Electrical Distribution projects or equipment selling

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field of study will be an advantage
