DGM- Regional Sales, Digital Building Services

Key responsibilities-


* Grow Digital Building & Modernization Services retrofit business through offers such BMS, Security Expert, FAS, Building Advisor, Command and Control Centre etc.


* Build & Maintain strong relationship with End Users through Value based, consultative selling


* Generate & Drive Digital Building Service leads through the service sales offer portfolio


* Collaborate with internal teams across different BU to secure and win Building Modernization orders.


* Manage, maintain and grow a designated, individual sales territory and quota


* Grow Digital Services business through analytics based offers like Building Advisor.


* Build & Maintain strong relationship with End Users

Qualifications

Desirable attributes


* A solid track record within advisory, solution and consulting services sales to the end users


* Knowledge of Building Management Systems will be an added advantage


* Able to link business challenges with services and solutions.


* Have a strong sales drive and ability to find a way forward.


* Able to work in a structured manner with a clear focus on archiving your goals


* Have an interest and flair for digitalization using software, apps, analytics as tools to create results.


* Good communication skills
