As a Product Manager in Cross Currency Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job responsibilities



* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Lead end-to-end North America Cross Currency Wires product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Provide payments subject matter expertise to own, maintain, and execute on a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Lead completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Leverage specific payment rail knowledge to define requirements for critical flows and infrastructure within the overall product; work with engineers, architects and designers to build the optimal technical and user experience strategies


* Write Jira stories and epics in support of data integration in product development, adhering to agile hygiene standards


* Understand and analyze industry trends with Cross Currency Solutions and cash management, risk and regulatory developments, and competitive landscape

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* 5+ years of experience in Cross Currency or Domestic Wires, ACH Payments, Real time payments
