Responsibilities Include:


* Evaluate and develop personalized therapy plans.


* Provide effective speech, language, and swallowing therapies.


* Collaborate with other care providers to ensure continuity of care.


* Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.


* Current California SLP license.


* Strong communication and organizational skills.


* Experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics is a plus, but not required.
