The Director, Communication & Public Affairs, North Asia is a senior cluster leadership role, responsible for leading our communication and public affairs strategies for a critical market cluster - North Asia (comprising South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong).

The role directly reports to the VP, Communication & Public Affairs for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Asia Pacific and its primary business partner is the Area Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine North Asia.

Leading 5 professionals, the role is a key member of the North Asia Leadership Team (NALT), South Korea Leadership Team (JKLT) and a core leader on the Innovative Medicine AP Communication & Public Affairs (C&PA) Leadership Team.

The role will:

Lead the Communication & Public Affairs team in North Asia to deliver for our business and for patients



* Pioneer the newly formed, fully integrated North Asia C&PA cluster model (where team members have responsibilities spanning geographical areas)


* Lead the team to operational excellence across core areas of Therapeutic Area communication, corporate reputation, employee engagement and patient advocacy


* Implement highly competitive and best-practice communication and public affairs programs that lead the industry
