Process Engineer

Your Job

SRG Global is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Portageville, MO.

In this role, you will provide technical support for the production lines.

You will be responsible for creating value through process improvement with a clear focus on safety, quality and production.

What You Will Do


* Troubleshoot problems that occur during the manufacturing process


* Identify and drive strategic initiatives to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency


* Lead complex projects in a team-based environment


* Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization


* Utilize SPC, statistical methods and data analysis to improve production processes


* Establish operating parameters processes, conduct optimization experiments and establish best practices and procedures for production

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in a manufacturing environment


* Experience troubleshooting and identifying root cause corrective action

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree in engineering


* Experience with automation, electrical, or PLCs
