Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Apartment Communities in Danville, VA.

The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HOME.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience required.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.


* Strong customer service skills


* Working knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit programs and requirements 


* Boston Post experience a plus
