Global Process Owner Purchase-to-Pay (x-divisional)

YOUR TASKS
* Responsible for designing the cross-divisionally harmonized end-to-end process in Purchase-to-Pay (PtP)
* Support the rollout of our S/4 HANA template to >300 legal entities globally by running fit-to-standard workshops and aligning entity-specific requirements, while safeguarding the global process standards
* Ensure integration and E2E optimization with other process towers and areas of the business
* Drive continuous improvement of the template and enhance process efficiency and quality
* Support the Head of Process Standards & Governance in the design and establishment of the process governance for PtP and drive performance measurement
* Conduct process modelling and documentation (e.g.
process flows) and create functional specifications, and validate requirement solutions provided by the platform team
* Support the ERP platform designers in the review of the solution designs incl.
testing and review of functional applications and custom code
* Disciplinary responsibility of two team members, incl.
performance evaluation and feedback.
