Knowledge and experience managing clinical and children’s programs and services with successful results.

Responsible for the oversight, development and supervision of Clinical services in Montana and Children’s services in Utah including but not limited to Early Intervention, Home Health Care, Personal Care, and Adult Day programs.  Also serves as the staff liaison to funding sources and local/state associations.

Responsible for and keeps current regarding State and Federal funding/rules impacting clinical and children’s programs such as changes in reimbursement and program compliance.  Ensures programs maintain appropriate accreditation and/or licensing as required and survey readiness.

Ensures staff is performing duties within their professional scope of practice and receives ongoing training.   Infuses innovation, strong customer service and best practice in all services.

Requirements


* Home health and/or community health experience preferred.

Physical Requirements


* Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.


* Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.


* Occasional overnight travel and weekend work required.


* Current driver’s license


* Good driving record


* All positions require the completion of a background check.

Experience


* 5+ years


* Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience required. 


* Bachelor's degree


* Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (BSN).


* Current Montana licensure as appropriate.
