About the Position:


* Our Parts Accounting Clerk at our Great Falls, MT location is responsible for ordering and maintaining our Caterpillar and Allied parts on a daily basis.


* Works closely with the Parts Counter Sales and warehouse personnel.


* Maintains our parts inventory for our customers and branch stores.


* Responsible for processing parts claims and coding parts invoices.

 

Qualifications & Experience Needed:


* Must have a valid driver's license.


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Minimum of 2-3 years' parts and clerical experience.


* Computer skills in using DBS, SIS and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Self-motivated and attention to detail.
