Associate Account Manager

Associate Account Manager is r esponsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget.

This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Promote products and service within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Provide technical support and product trainings to healthcare professionals

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and qualitative objectives.

• Manage and support sales operations within assigned accounts.

• Assist in marketing activities, campaigns, and medical education programs.

• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services.

• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing.

• Provides input to sales forecast for business planning

• Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to ensure good operational excellenceQualification

• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

• 5-6 Years work Experience
