Warehouse Supervisor

1.

50% - To ensure all the material and products well managed, such as receive, store, issue and shipping/产品及物料管理,如收料,发料,保存,发运
2.

20% - To ensure WHS management, including waste management compliant with Quality, EHS, IP as well as Customs guideline./ 确保仓库管理包含废弃物管理,符合相关规范和监管,如质量,EHS,知识产权,海关等。
3.

20% - To lead and well manage the Warehouse team.

• 物料和产品的库存管理合规性和准确性 Ensure inventory accuracy and safety for all materials and products.
• 生产线原材料及其他物料和服务准确及时供应 On-time and accurate material and service provided to shop floor for production.
• 成品入库,包装和发运的准确性和及时性 On-time and accurate turn-in, packaging and shipping performance
• 各项法律法规及公司规章制度的符合性 Compliance with all related law and regulation.
• 公司决策和行动计划的执行力 Powerful execution of company strategy and action plan.

团队合作和良好沟通协调,不断提高工作效率和优化利用资源 Team work and good communication to improve working efficiency and optimize resource.
• 化学品和危废的管理 Chemical and hazardous waste management
• 管理仓库员工有效执行车辆货物检查,木制包装检查,收发货流程;异常事件的处理;仓库相关培训的组织 Manage warehouse staff effectively perform vehicle inspection of goods, wooden package inspection, the receiving and delivery process; Handling of exception events; Organization of warehouse related trainingRequired Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:
• 至少有五年以上的库房工作经验,两年的库房管理经验 Five years working experience in warehouse management, at least two years of as management.
• 相关仓库EHS/5S管理经验和实践 Hands-on EHS/5S experience in warehouse daily operation.
• 熟悉相关的财务要求 Be familiar with related finance requirement.
• 具备基本的GMP 知识,重点在于物料管理方面 Basic GMP knowledge regarding material management.
• 熟悉保税料件的库存管理要求 Awareness of customs requirement for bonded material management.
• 具有流利的英语会话/书写和沟通能力Chinese/English business fluency
• 具备较好的团队精神 Strong teamwork spirit
• 具备较强的沟通和协作技能 Strong communication and partnering skills
