LOGISTICS/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

Position Summary:
Oversee the support of supply chain systems and training the user community to ensure the automated production system operates efficiently to met or exceed business goals.

Responsible for the analysis of data requirements and troubleshooting any process problems to automate/ improve existing systems.

Track progress and status of all technology projects and provide management with regular updates.

Desired Experience



* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or comparable work experience in an information systems position.


* 2 years working with relational databases.


* Knowledge of computer languages such as Java, Customer Information Control System (CICS), Disk Operations System (DOS) and/or C-base helpful.


* Good oral and written communications skills.


* Highly motivated and service oriented.


* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


* Excellent analytical skills and solid problem solving skills.


* Proven management, leadership, operational and verbal and written communication skills.


* Working knowledge of supply chain systems, such as the Warehouse Inventory Network (WIN).


* Proficient using and training associates on Microsoft Office software programs

Minimum Position Qualifications:


* 5-8 years information systems experience.


* Knowledge of switch and router installation, management and maintenance.


* Advanced computer skills.


* Ability to read and comprehend complex technical manuals.


* Prepare clear and concise status reports for management.


* Prioritize and organize work based on changing and challenging deadlines.


* Manage others in a diverse environment with a focus on excellent customer service.


* Communicate effectively with different target audiences; associates, staff and senior management.
