What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Platform Administration:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access control, and performance monitoring.
* Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Configuration & Customization:
* Configure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts based on business requirements.
* Create and manage forms, fields, and reports to support various departments.
Incident & Change Management:
* Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless functionality.
* Implement change management processes to test and deploy updates without disrupting business operations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
* Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effective use of the platform.
Continuous Improvement:
* Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements using ServiceNow capabilities.
* Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.
Documentation & Reporting:
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process workflows, configuration changes, and user guides.
* Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage, performance, and compliance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
* Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related modules.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
* Experience with API integrations and third-party tool configurations is a plus.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
