Responsibilities:


* Develop, Test, Commission, and Support Proficy Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES):


* Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.


* Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure the reliability and functionality of MES systems.


* Commission MES systems at client sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes.


* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MES systems, resolving any issues promptly to minimize downtime.


* Develop Web Applications


* Build robust and user-friendly web applications to support manufacturing operations and data visualization.


* Utilize modern web development technologies and frameworks to create scalable and efficient solutions.


* Create Cloud-Based Reports (e.g., Power BI):


* Develop and deploy cloud-based reports using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights into manufacturing performance.


* Design visually appealing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key metrics and trends.


* Establish seamless communication and data exchange between different systems within the manufacturing environment, including MES, ERP, and SCADA systems.
