Location : Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10

Pay: $84,000 - $118,000

What you will do

The Senior Scientist is responsible for serving as a member of the Skin Health & Beauty, Translational Science team, dedicated to development and implementation of clinical research and claims strategy for hair care and skin health projects.

Key Responsibilities


* Actively contribute scientific expertise to cross-functional teams within the Hair Care and Skin Health therapeutic areas.


* Be responsible for substantiating claims, formulating clinical strategies, supporting clinical trial activities, reviewing copy and labels, and approving communications for consumers and healthcare professionals.


* Develop a thorough understanding of the science supporting Hair Care and Skin Health products.


* Review and approve promotional and other communication materials.


* Translate scientific and technical knowledge to substantiate claims for consumers and healthcare professionals.


* Facilitate understanding of product testing and clinical trial data.


* Use data science knowledge to evaluate and analyze experimental results.


* Participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate new product ideas and implement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and successful completion.


* Work closely with clinical research to develop strategies for protocols and digital methodologies supporting in vitro and clinical studies for new products.


* Serve as the Study Director and fulfill all associated responsibilities for clinical studies.


* Contribute to the development of scientific communications.
