What are we looking for?
As the Director of Product Management with Intertek Alchemy, you will lead a talented team to shape the vision, strategy, and success of our innovative SaaS products.
You will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy and execution, from concept through development to launch, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business objectives.
Your leadership will inspire cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions while fostering a customer-centric culture and driving business growth.
What you'll do:
* Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business and market goals.
* Analyze industry trends, competition, and customer feedback to propose innovative solutions and acquisition strategies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
* Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery and market success using agile methodologies.
* Champion user-centered design principles to prioritize customer-focused solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
* Manage departmental budgets, track variances, and ensure financial accountability.
* Establish and enforce best practices and standards across the product team.
* Drive strategic initiatives, including due diligence for acquisition targets and integration efforts.
* Introduce innovative technology concepts in collaboration with technical teams.
* Monitor product performance, develop metrics for success, and drive continuous improvement.
