Global Claims Data Product Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION



* Lead the product vision and strategy for claims data-driven products, aligning with overall business objectives and industry trends.

Develop a detailed product roadmap, outlining key features, benefits, and timelines.


* Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.


* Identify and evaluate potential external data sources, including vendor data and web scraping, to enhance claims data analysis and decision-making.


* Play a lead role in managing vendor product data relationships, coordinating with procurement partners.


* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, claims adjusters, underwriting, and IT teams.

Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.


* Define requirements for creating data assets on the cloud, including data governance policies, security measures, and scalability considerations.

Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to design and implement cloud-based data infrastructure.


* Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data products.

Prioritize product features and functionalities based on business value and customer needs.


* Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility within the cloud environment.


* Expand the smart data catalog and knowledge base, increasing visibility of data insights across the organization.
