Job Description:

Responsibilities:


* Contributes to the operational business relationship management of large accounts, may manage the operational business relationship of small, domestic accounts.


* PowerPoint slide consolidation and distribution for weekly staff, biweekly BOC Forum, and monthly Extended Staff meetings


* Follow up with team members for timely weekly status submissions as needed


* Content updates on BOC SharePoint as needed


* Initial draft of monthly Chief of Staff updates across HCOCTO


* Serve as primary tester to developer teams for all tool and process automation initiatives

Knowledge and Skills:


* Strong communication skills (e.g.

written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language


* Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


* Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.

Education and Experience Required:
High School Degree 3rd Year of University completed--typically a non- technical degree specialization.
