IT Applications Administrator (Coeur d'Alene)

Idaho Forest Group is looking for YOU, a talented individual that can optimize and extend functionality of systems while also testing applications to support business operations.

 

You’ll be a great fit if you have the ability to:


* Deliver outstanding customer service to system users inclusive of resolving access issues, addressing functionality concerns and validating corrective solutions are implemented


* Act as a strategic partner for the IT, Finance, HR, Leadership, and other stakeholders


* Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex applications including but not limited to UKG, LumberTrack, Teams, OneDrive and Office 365


* Analyze all aspects of business applications and make recommendations for continuous improvement


* Provide 24x7 on-call support as required

 To be considered you will need the following:


* Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent field, or equivalent years of experience


* 3+ years experience in application administration


* Experience with Integrating 3rd party system data with on-premises and cloud platforms


* Microsoft Active Directory Fundamentals


* Superior customer service


* Ability to organize and express ideas effectively in oral and written communication


* Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills


* Follow through on short and long term projects


* Highly organized, analytical and action oriented


* Valid driver’s license


* Ability to adapt to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust) as we are working in a loud, industrial, sawmill!


* Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check

What will put you over the top:


* Experience with MS SQL

The Physical Demands of this job include:

Sitting and/or standing for a full shift, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, squatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, walking varying distance, climbing stairs, and listening to equipment.
