Job Summary:
As an Engineering Co-op, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as an engineer while participating in real-time projects and working alongside the world's brightest engineers and professional staff.
ADTRAN looks for students who strive for academic excellence, exhibit a true passion for their work and interests, and who can work well within a collaborative team to achieve department and company goals with a great attitude and work ethic.
You will have exposure to software development, agile development, testing, compliance, technical support, hardware design, and research and development.
You will be expected to:
* Take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
* Overall day-to-day team support.
* Participate in various development opportunities including but not limited to lunch and learns and training courses.
Basic Qualifications:
* Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate degree and be at least a sophomore.
* Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
* Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from August - December 2023.
