Facilities Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Assisting the entire team with a proactive approach to solving problems and managing projects.

The ideal candidate will have ten plus years’ experience in construction management, architecture, or similar field.

Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Excellent skills in scheduling software and excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and MS Project.

High energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.

Prior experience in hospitality or related environment preferred. Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent experience.

A Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record is required.
