Director of IAM, Infrastructure / Cloud Identity

This position reports to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management and is based in Skillman, NJ (Moving to Summit NJ in 2025).

Role reports to: Sr Director, Portfolio & Operations Lead

Location: Skillman, NJ (Summit, NJ in future)

Travel %: 10

Pay: $182,000 - $247,000

What you will do

In this role you will act as the primary interface to the Infrastructure and Cloud technology teams, ensuring the adoption of robust IAM principles and designs in developing new capabilities within Kenvue's cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Improve strategies for the delivery of IAM services across Kenvue's global footprint.

Builds future-ready capabilities to accelerate business growth strategies.

Facilitates and coordinates priorities with suppliers, IT Infrastructure Services departments and Business IT groups.


* Oversee the design and implementation of IAM solutions that meet the needs of Kenvue's dynamic cloud and infrastructure environments by developing secure access policies, processes and tools to cloud-based systems, services, applications, and data.


* Responsible for the management and growth of IAM resources supporting Directory Services and Privileged Access Management capabilities.


* Interface with Infrastructure and Cloud technology teams to facilitate the integration of IAM principles into cloud services and infrastructure projects.


* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in IAM.


* Drive initiatives to enhance identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access management.


* Provide expert guidance on IAM-related issues to technology teams and business stakeholders.


* Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new IAM technologies and services.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Graduate degree preferred.
