Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is now hiring a Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Sales and Marketing Director

The Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Director of Sales & Marketing is a valued member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving occupancy and reaching set forth goals in the community.  We believe that caring people make a difference.  At Bethany Village Assisted Living, we offer personalized approach to assisted living along with outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.


* Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.


* Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets.


* Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.

Requirements


* Bachelor degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.


* One to three years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.


* Previous health care experience preferred.
