Lead Software Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Work to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.

Responsible for driving business impact.

Problem-solving.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance large scale software solution.

Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.

Provide technical guidance and direction to direct reports, influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.

Contribute to Firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within the team.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Analyst, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Analyst, or related occupation.

Salary: $187,100 - $215,000 per year.
