Directs Directors, Senior Managers, and occasionally senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.

Develops, analyzes, and maintains key objectives for the vision of the company's marketing strategy; works with cross-functional partners (finance, medical, research, sales, and global) to effectively develop and execute the marketing plan for the brand.
