About the role

The Luxury Sales Manager is responsible for the development and execution of our luxury sales and On Premise plan for Penfolds in Philippines and help to deliver our volume and profit objectives.

It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with Private or On Premise channels where the role holder can establish and cultivate new business opportunities through private client sales, corporate partnerships and fine wine retailers management.

The role holder is also expected to build an On premise strategies for the brand, aiming to expand the distribution in 5

* restaurants and sales uplift in the channel.

The role holder represent the brand as the ambassador, with a clear focus on growing the luxury portfolio of Penfolds through exceptional and bespoke experiences.


* Priority focus in relationship management and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service, from recruitment and acquisition, through to the development and retention of the Luxury and High Net Worth clients 


* Responsible to grow and nurture high potential corporate, luxury brands and fine wine retailers’ partnerships while activating and building opportunities to grow the luxury portfolio 


* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and distribution of Penfolds portfolio in on-premise locations.


* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at restaurants, bars, and hotels to secure Penfolds listing


* Negotiate contracts and agreements with on-premise accounts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties


* Develop engagement plans and sales strategies to enhance awareness and experiences with our luxury portfolio
