Administrative assistant
• Support Site Head and site lead team, do business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travels and meetings and other organizational tasks, and reports to site head.
Learning administrator
• Responsible for providing Learning and Development (L&D) support for assigned customer areas at Banwol Site (only non-GMP).
Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide Customer Support
- Maintain and Improve Site L&D Processes and Systems
- Analyze and Design L&D Curricula
- Design, Develop, and Revise L&D Materials
- Implement and Evaluate L&D Solution
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
• Greetings and assisting visitors
• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
• Opening, sorting and distributing incoming memos, faxes, e-mails and other correspondence.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Providing scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Using computers to generate reports, documents, and reports.
• Supporting (non-GMP) external training arrangements for site employees and keeping training records.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Act as Learning Administrator of Banwol site (only related GMP)
• Work with line management or Owner in analyzing and designing courses/curriculum
• Assist with Instructor Led Trainings-prepare materials, coordinate conference rooms, and process Learning History Requests.
• Coach supervisors and learners on how to use Success Factors and Service Now
• Recommend, implement and evaluate L&D Solutions, including defining instructor qualifications, coordinating or conducting train-the-trainer sessions, course evaluations.
