The Role: Services Quotation Engineer - Power Systems & Secure Power

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Quotation Engineer in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations and tender submissions covering the full range of Field Services activities, such as installation/testing, contracts, upgrades/re-engineering, retrofit solutions, modernization, and digital services.

Your focus will be on Power Systems services like the MV/LV electrical distribution equipment & Secure Power services like UPS and Cooling.

What will you do?

• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender specifications for Field Service activities

• Identify cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements (both explicit and implied)

• Collaborate with local and overseas internal stakeholders, plus customer interaction - as required

• Prepare costing sheets to show the cost and margin of offers, ensuring minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels

• Prepare high-quality quotations that define the technical solution proposed, whilst mitigating technical and commercial risks

• Process handover and booking of Orders.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Previous experience in the supply, installation, and site testing of UPS systems like 1 Phase unit SmartUPS and 3 Phase unit Galaxy/Symmetra/Easy UPS products & Power Systems services like the MV/LV electrical distribution equipment.

• Proficient in low and medium-voltage equipment, design, installation, and use.

• Previous experience in submission of tenders and preparing quotations

• Previous experience in Data Center and Electrical Facilities, is a plus

• The ability to read and interpret UPS and Electrical equipment technical specifications, commercial and contract conditions, and single-line drawings

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
