What You Will Do:

The New Consumer Health Company is seeking a PMO Manager to join our team in Czechia.

This role will support the Project Management Office (PMO) within the procurement function, managing key projects and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

We are looking for professional with background in project management, procurement, and data technology, with experience in intake processes, demand management, and portfolio oversight.

The PMO Manager will manage project intake, prioritisation, and execution within the procurement function.

This role requires skills in change control, capacity planning, and working cross-functionally to execute projects.

Familiarity with procurement processes, data technology, and project management principles is key to driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


* Project Intake & Prioritisation: Support project intake and assessment, aligning projects with business goals and available resources.


* Demand & Capacity Planning: Oversee demand management and capacity planning to ensure resource allocation meets project requirements.


* Change Control & Compliance: Apply change control processes to maintain project stability and ensure compliance with organisational standards.


* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, tracking progress, and making adjustments to achieve optimal results.


* Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders in procurement, IT, and finance to ensure alignment with digital initiatives.


* Project Coordination: Coordinate across project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, supporting risk mitigation and issue resolution.


* Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.


* Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, leveraging best practices in project management and data governance.
