Paid Social-Card-Senior Associate
You will be the driving force behind dynamic and powerful paid media campaigns that will position the line of business as a transformative leader in the category.
As a Paid Social-Card Senior Associate on our Paid Media Team, you will spend each day defining and refining our Paid Social campaigns to meet the business needs of our Firm.
This includes demonstrating leadership and a deep understanding of media plan development, campaign building, optimizations, and reporting.
You will leverage your experience of social platform capabilities to deliver strategic recommendations for each our businesses.
You will have a passion for overseeing outcome based solutions and enthusiasm for innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise the agency's full cycle of tactical campaign development.
This includes media plan development, campaign building, tagging, optimizations and reporting
* Manage campaign builds within social platform ads managers and our social media buying tools
* Ensure campaign planning, buying, optimizations, and reporting meet quality assurance checkpoints
* Partner with analytics in monitoring campaign performance and ensure campaigns are meeting objectives.
Create campaign insights and share optimization opportunities
* Oversee multiple campaigns for multiple businesses simultaneously, serving as the intermediary support between the business and the agency
* Support team operations such as investment and campaign trackers, billing needs, and ad-hoc support for enterprise projects
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
* 4+ years of paid media buying experience with a focus on social media
* Experience partnering with media agencies and technology vendors
* Experience buying in platform across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Expert in all aspects of paid social media, including platform capabilities, targeting opportunities, pricing formats, bidding strategies, tagging and reporting
* Experience managing campaigns that optimize towards performance KPIs.
(i.e.
Return on Advertising Spend, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Lead, etc.)
* Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, as well as social media analytics (measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting)

* Strong Interpersonal skills
* Being comfortable with ambiguity and developing and action plan base on available information
