About the Chubb Associate Program

As a Chubb Associate, you will be part of an experience that supports the well-rounded development of critical business skills that contribute to the future success of Chubb Tempest Re.

The program allows for hands-on experience, team assignments and exposure to a network which includes other early career professionals and senior executives.

Under supervision, the Associate will work to accomplish the following responsibilities:


* Managing a portfolio of low - high severity reinsurance claims


* Reviewing claims, including assessing policy and reinsurance coverage of claims


* Assisting with identification and distribution of claim mail


* Assisting with setting up and closing claim files in claim system


* Performing detailed, substantive, ongoing analysis of claims, including an evaluation of damages


* Documenting and processing of claims


* Communicating with underwriters and actuaries regarding claim developments and industry trends


* Preparing timely and informative management reports

They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team.

The candidate must be a good team player as well as having the ability to work on their own and to tight deadlines.

This role reports directly to SVP, Reinsurance Claims.
