JEWELRY/ASST OPERATIONS MGR
Support application users by providing training, resolving issues independently, or coordinating resolution with external partners, in order to exceed customer service expectations.
Provide procedural support to stores, including reporting, monitoring, and researching and assisting with operational issues.
Frequent independent judgments are essential.
Review credit related documentation, provide store assistance, process promotional adjustments, be proactive to increase company's credit portfolio success, act as the contact liaison between Fred Meyer Jewelers and finance companies.

- Bachelor's Degree business, education or related field plus 2 years related divisional experience; or combination of relevant education and experience
- Any experience directing and participating on project teams and committees
- Any jewelry and/or store operations related experience
- Any knowledge of Fred Meyer Jewelers policies, procedures, and organizational structure
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
- Familiarity with retail industry terms and processes
- Ability to creatively and alertly find new avenues of approaching tasks
- Ability to work within strict time frames/resolute deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful with systems and information available
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers
- Ability to lead operations team in the absence of the immediate supervisor

- Thorough knowledge of technology used in the stores- Act in a supporting role for stores, following up on the procedures and execution for both Fred Meyer Jewelers and Fred Meyer Stores
