Strategy Execution Lead
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

As a Strategy Execution Lead in the Strategy Execution and Transformation team at Schneider Electric, you will play a central role in driving our company's growth by leading the implementation of strategic transformations.
Leveraging your 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading 2-3 large strategic transformations that help accelerate our North America Business.
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and deploying initiatives that capitalize on cross-business opportunities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, leveraging your expertise to develop recommendations that will accelerate our enterprise growth initiatives.
What will you do?
* Effective C-Level Communication: Articulate complex insights, strategies, and recommendations clearly and effectively to executive leadership.
Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations that drive towards actionable decisions.
Advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership around strategic frameworks.
* Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Apply advanced critical thinking skills to identify scope, spot root causes, and craft actionable implementation plans for all sizes of transformations.
Design and create the execution frameworks for large, multi-BU strategic problems.
* Program Management and Implementation: Oversee the execution of large-scale transformation initiatives.
Design the overall governance model for high priority programs and monitor the progress, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
Effectively communicate and align cross-BU teams around the strategic growth initiatives.
