Your day to day 

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

Your culinary passion and creativity will flow through into your presentation, and you’ll pride yourself on delivering a fantastic culinary experience for guests, with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and consistency.  

You will be involved in the wider Crowne Plaza brand by upholding brand standards and creating an environment for both colleagues and guests where we put others at ease by making real human connections, helping them feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. 

What we need from you 


* Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider 



* Flexibility with night, weekend and public holiday shifts 



* Leadership experience in kitchen operations​ and the ability to perform all sections competently  



* Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg).

This can involve bending and kneeling 



* Good reading, writing and basic math skills 



* ​Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame​ 



* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment​ and prioritise workload 



* Display a commitment to our guests by consistently maintaining a high level of quality at all times
