What you will do
The Talent Access IT Technology Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's information management systems, developing and implementing technology platforms to streamline processes, managing project solutions to specified requirements, and identifying new projects to improve efficiency and productivity while reducing costs for the enterprise.
You will also present status reports, contribute to business planning activities, evaluate software, hardware or services and make purchase and lease recommendations, and acquire appropriate resources to successfully complete projects:
Key Responsibilities
* Product Owner for the Kenvue Talent Access Ecosystem (Workday Recruit, Paradox, HiredScore and other Talent Access tools and software)
* Lead the development and implementation of innovative IT technology products that meet the needs of the Talent Access team
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
* Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research and customer feedback
* Manage the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of product releases
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the company's information management systems.
* Manage and oversee the design, development, and delivery of project solutions to meet specified requirements.
* Identify and evaluate new projects to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs for the enterprise.
* Present status reports, progress reports, and documentation to management and business partners.
* Contribute to business planning activities as needed.
* Assure the interface with suppliers and vendors and evaluate software, hardware or services and make purchase and lease recommendations.
* Acquire appropriate resources to successfully complete projects.
