What You Will Do

Your primary focus will be analyzing performance data from the digital shelf analytics platforms to identify key areas for improvement in content, search, and ratings & reviews with a focus on the ePharmacy channel.

You will utilize the executional knowledge to support the planning & delivery of eCommerce revenue targets by driving increased eCommerce sales and an optimal commercial strategy focused on our priority ePharmacy channel.

The eCommerce Channel Development Lead partners closely with regional and local markets across Customer Development, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce, IT, Supply Chain, CBI, and others to deliver the channel strategy & execution for the channels..

Responsibilities

• Grow sell-out in the selected countries by supporting local teams with insights on executional excellence for ePharmacies/Pureplay platforms.

o Provide distribution and category insights to capture market share

o Analyze content compliance and work with local teams on opportunities to grow sales

o Analyze search performance and its impact on our sales performance

o Analyze price & promo for gaining as many insights as possible on sales & share growing activities

• Be the power user of our Digital Shelf platform and support other teams on trainings, insights and ways on how they can grow sales.

• Lead the ePharmacy Sub Channel strategy and work with cross functional colleagues to execute the roadmap leading to turbocharged growth by:

o Redefining Where To Play and How to Win

o Scaling learnings from our executional excellence and applying them to maximize key opportunities within the ePharmacy channel across core categories

o Optimizing the E2E investment structure to ensure Kenvue delivers accelerated growth in a balanced, sustainable way

o Step changing our customer partnerships with strategic ePharmacy customers by establishing a scalable partnership blueprint
