Looking of a Nurse with passion for Alzheimer's and related disorders to join our team as a Resident Care Manager (RCM) in a small memory care nursing facility.

Your experienced nursing skills will be utilized in resident centered quality of care working closely with residents, their families, front line nursing staff, Physicians, healthcare providers and the facility inter-disciplinary teams.

This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.

Qualifications



* Must be a licensed LN within the state of Oregon with strong assessment and person -centered care planning skills.


* MDS RAI experienced, preferred.


* 2 - 3 years experience working as an LN is required.


* LNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.


* You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
