Global Technology Transformation Program, Vice President

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join our Technology Transformation Program team within Corporate Finance.

As a Vice President within Global Technology Transformation, you will be responsible for the execution and management of strategic technology transformation programs.

Your role is pivotal in delivering complex, high-impact projects that align with our business goals.

Job responsibilities:


* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


* Collaborate with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resources.

Ensure the team has the necessary resources, skills, and support to achieve their goals.


* Facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.


* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency, in simple and easy to consume manner, tailored to target audience .


* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology transformation initiatives.

Implement risk management frameworks to address potential challenges and issue.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


* Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Address resistance to change and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.


* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.


* Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.


* A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)


* Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, distributed ledger, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and software development.


* 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.


* Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.


* Strong ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.


* Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
