Retail Trainer, HSR
Major Responsibilities - Facilitate and support all product training programs for the subsidiary, including but not limited to the following:
* Product training : seasonal trainings and strategic product focused trainings
* Culture : induction trainings for all new hires
* Selling Skills : co-partner with Customer Experience Manager on the new Sales & Service Ambassador training
* Customer Service Culture : co-partner with Customer Experience Manager on the Hermès Client Culture
* Identify training requirements and develop training materials to suit each store
* Design and develop effective focused training modules for in-store morning briefings and digital training.
* Strategically plan product training to support the retail teams to drive performances in key metiers
* Conduct regular store visits and attachments to follow up with retail teams on any needs for product focused trainings
* Coordinate with the respective metiers during their visits to conduct trainings in our subsidiary.
* Support store openings, Retail animation and ad hoc event when necessary
* Actively participate in training seminars
* Training reporting including but not limited to training nomination sheets, training registers, regional training reporting and global training reporting.
* Be the liaison for Hermès international training department and the Regional Training team
* Contribute feedback and share best practices on product training related topics.
Requirements & Capabilities :
* Relevant experience in similar capacity is required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Passionate for training and extensive product knowledge and good understanding of retail trends
* Clear and confident in the presentation/communication skills to ensure highly engaged training sessions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint.
* A team player who is keen to share and communicate product information.
* Demonstrates a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels and be able to multi-task.
* Able to work in a rapid and dynamic work environment
