Rosewalk Assisted Living is now hiring a Social Servies Coordinator

Social Services Coordinator provides medically-related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident as directed by the Executive Director.  

Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree in social work/human services (preferred) or Social Services Designee with healthcare experience required.


* Strong passion for geriatric care and commitment to senior care excellence.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude.
