What You'll Do:


* Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities


* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans


* Provide therapy sessions to improve residents' communication and swallowing skills


* Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care


* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

What We're Looking For:


* Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license


* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to resident-focused care


* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


* Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting (preferred but not required)
