What You'll Do:


* Provide resident-centered care during the NOC shift


* Assist with care planning and collaborate with the healthcare team


* Monitor residents' health, respond to overnight needs, and report changes to the RN or provider


* Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies

What We're Looking For:


* Active LPN license in good standing


* Excellent clinical and communication skills


* Ability to work independently during overnight hours
