Transactions Specialist II - Plastic Insertion Team

As a Transactions Specialist II in the plastic preparation department, you will be responsible for processing daily mass batches, which may involve some moderately complex validation tasks.
You will operate equipment such as the Embosser, Match-Merge, or Insertion, following Standard Operating Procedures.
It is essential to maintain the highest levels of production and accuracy on a daily basis.
Additionally, you should focus on enhancing process effectiveness and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
* Prepare batches of work by validating batches and Operate Equipment
* Input material into the equipment while following standard operating procedures for processing
* Operate Equipment (Embossing, Match-Merge, Insertion, Print) while validating batch input/output
* Validate material quantity, analyzing input V.
output quality, matching card(s) to carrier
* Conform to and uphold all standards as outlined in process procedures.
Communicate and work with technicians to resolve machine related problems
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Solve problems and analyze situations with the ability to think independently.
* Motivate yourself, be proactive, and demonstrate a proven ability to learn, effectively multi-task, and work under pressure.
* Manage time and organize tasks excellently, act on your own initiative, and be accurate, reliable, and confident in processes.
* Communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with various areas of the firm and levels of management.
* Collaborate as a strong team player with the ability to work in a global matrixed organization.
* Lift 50lbs to 70lbs and deliver 200lbs supplies using industrial pull/push carts, and stand for up to 8-10 hours.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise.
