Responsibilities & Tasks


* Responsible for all aspects of running the Polish segment of Elanco's Pet Health division


* Collaborates with the sales team to develop a vision and strategy that that aligns with the broader area and business unit objectives.


* Cross functional cooperation with marketing, Technical Consultants, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, HR, Market Access to guarantee product availability in the region, compliance with local regulations, and achievement of sales targets


* Regular monitoring of Pet Health products forecast, product flow and supply ensuring alignment with Elanco's internal procedures.


* Sets high expectations for customer value creation, monitors performance, and takes appropriate action


* Analyses the performance of Polish Pet Health business considering external factors, trends, and performance gaps, and takes suitable actions


* Prioritizes opportunities based on business/country objectives, resources and local analysis


* Takes an active part in developing Pet Health business plan for Poland based on prioritized opportunities and multi-channel resources


* Accesses and/or negotiates for, and ensures effective allocation of required resources and implementation of the marketing campaign and sales targets


* Executes regional Pet Health business plan with discipline and focus


* Evaluates sales representatives’ execution of territory business plans


* Assesses the effectiveness of the country level Pet Health business plan in generating desired results and adjusts the plan as necessary, considering changes in the business environment and resource availability.


* Identifies key customers and collaborates with appropriate business partners to enhance customer value


* Displays strong leadership skills by inspiring, coaching, mentoring, and directing the team while fostering dedication towards the achievement of goals
